📦 Shipping Information

• Delivery Location: We currently deliver all over Pakistan.

• Delivery Time: Orders are usually delivered within 3 to 4 working days via TCS after payment is confirmed.

• Order Confirmation: Orders are only confirmed after full or partial advance payment is received.

• Payment Options: We accept Full Advance or 50% Advance & 50% before dispatch.

Return Policy

At Kiswa Online Store, customer satisfaction is our priority. However, to maintain product quality and avoid misuse, we accept returns only under the following condition:

When can you return a product?

• You received the wrong product (different from what you ordered).

When returns are not accepted:

• If you change your mind after receiving the correct product.

• If the product was used, damaged after delivery, or does not have proper proof of issue.

Important Return Condition – Video Proof Required

To be eligible for a return:

• You must record a video while opening the parcel (from the start, before unsealing it).

• The video should clearly show the product inside the packaging and the issue (e.g., wrong item).

• Without an unboxing video, we will not accept any return or exchange request.

This policy is in place to protect both the customer and our store from any misuse or confusion.

Return Process

If you received the wrong item and have valid video proof:

1. Contact us within 24 hours of receiving the parcel.

2. Send the unboxing video and your order details via WhatsApp or email.

3. Our team will verify the issue and guide you on the return process.

4. If approved, you can send the product back, and we will ship the correct item.
