1. Where do you deliver?

We deliver all across Pakistan through trusted courier services.

2. How long does delivery take?

Delivery usually takes 3 to 4 working days after payment confirmation. We ship via TCS to ensure safe and timely delivery.

3. What payment methods do you accept?

We offer advance payment options only:

• Full Advance Payment

• 50% Advance & 50% Before Dispatch

We currently do not offer Cash on Delivery (COD) due to courier restrictions.

4. How will I know if my order is confirmed?

Your order will be confirmed only after we receive your advance payment. Confirmation details and receipt will be sent via WhatsApp or SMS.

5. Can I cancel or change my order?

You can request a change or cancellation before your order is shipped. Once shipped, changes are not possible.

6. What is your return policy?

We only accept returns if:

• The product you received is different from what you ordered, and

• You have a video of the parcel being opened showing the issue clearly.

Without an unboxing video, no return or exchange is accepted.

7. Why is an unboxing video required for returns?

This helps us verify the issue and prevents misuse of the return policy. Please record the video before opening the seal of the parcel.

8. What if the product is out of stock?

If an item becomes unavailable after your order, we’ll inform you right away and offer an alternative or a full refund (if prepaid).

9. Are your products original and safe to use?

Yes! All our skincare, beauty, and fashion items are quality-checked, customer-tested, and sourced from trusted suppliers.

Payment Confirmation

• Your order will be confirmed only after we receive your payment.

• Once confirmed, your parcel will be dispatched via TCS within 3–4 working days.
