3. Pricing & Payment

• All prices are listed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR).

• Prices are subject to change without notice, but confirmed orders will not be affected.

• Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available.

• Orders are only processed after full advance or 50% advance payment is received.

• Payment instructions will be shared during the order confirmation via WhatsApp or SMS.

4. Order Confirmation

• Orders are only confirmed after advance payment is received.

• We reserve the right to cancel unpaid orders or delay processing until payment is complete.

5. Shipping Policy

• Orders are delivered within 3 to 4 working days across Pakistan.

• Delivery time may vary due to courier delays or public holidays.

• Accurate delivery details are the customer’s responsibility. We are not liable for delays due to incorrect address or contact information.

6. Return & Exchange Policy

• We only accept returns if the wrong product is delivered.

• To request a return, the customer must record a video while opening the parcel.

• Without an unboxing video, no return or exchange will be accepted.

• Return requests must be made within 24 hours of receiving the product.

7. User Responsibilities

By using our website, you agree:

• Not to use false information during checkout.

• Not to misuse or copy any content (images, text, design) from our website.

• To behave respectfully while interacting with our team on any platform.
